Overview

ReachMe offers basic features for free. Premium notifications (SMS, Voice Calls) are charged per usage from your balance. Rates vary by destination country and carrier.

SMS Notifications

• Base Cost: ~$0.0832 (Carrier fees)
• Service Fee: $0.0150
• Total: ~$0.0982 per message

Voice Call Notifications

Calls are charged based on setup and duration.

• Setup + Short Call (e.g. 14s): ~$0.0625
• Setup + Medium Call (e.g. 24s): ~$0.0625

Breakdown: Base cost ~$0.0405 + Service Fee $0.0220. Costs may increase for longer durations.

No Hidden Fees

You only pay for what you use. Balance is deducted in real-time. Unsuccessful call attempts (busy/no answer) are refunded automatically.

Refund Policy

You can cancel anytime. Subscriptions are charged until the end of the current week. The remaining balance will be refunded within 8 working days to the original payment method via our payment gateway.
