Privacy Policy – Sel2in Reachme

1. Overview

Sel2in Reachme is a communication and notification utility app. The app can be installed and used for free with basic notification features. Advanced notification features are available via paid in-app purchases using Google Play Billing.

We collect only the minimum information required to provide the service and do not sell or misuse user data.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Email address for account creation and login
• Authentication data (email/password or OAuth tokens)
• Minimal app state required to deliver notifications

We do NOT collect:

• Real name or profile identity details
• Phone number unless you opt in for SMS/ whatsapp
• Contact lists, unless you share them
• SMS, call, or WhatsApp message content
• Audio recordings except for ones you tell us to play, those remain on your device unless you ask for backup or use our webpage to create in our web app (future feature)
• Photos, files, or media except for app logs
• Precise location data, unless you choose to share this with us and with one or more of your contacts so they can see where you are. Its off by default

3. Permissions and Their Purpose

Accessibility Service

• Used to detect notification events from supported apps
• No message content is read, stored, or transmitted, except reachme messages sent by your contacts to our app using the reachme contact app or web pages

Device Administrator

• Used to ensure uninterrupted monitoring when enabled by the user
• Not used to lock, wipe, or control the device

Modify System Settings

• Used to allow reliable background operation and audio alerts

Alarms and Notifications

• Used to schedule and deliver alerts, including background playback

4. Payments and Purchases

The ReachMe app is free to install. Basic notification features are available free for life.

Advanced features such as call, SMS, or messaging app notifications are offered via in-app purchases using Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store credit card or payment details.

5. Authentication

ReachMe supports email/password login and Google Sign-In. Additional OAuth providers may be added in the future. Authentication data is used only to manage user accounts and sessions.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. Data is stored only as long as required to provide the service.

7. User Rights and Controls

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. This deletes all your personal info. Exception: System app logs are retained broadly for stability and are automatically deleted regularly.

Do Not Disturb (DND): You can put your phone and social media channels on DND. Contacts can also fully opt-out or set DND preferences to stop receiving messages.

8. Third-Party Services

ReachMe integrates with Google Play services for authentication and billing. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.
